I donated $50 for a gold VIP around a year ago. Since then I have taken a break from LoTC, and have come back to have found my gold VIP gone. This is perfectly fine, as I understand a lot can happen in a year, but could you please give me my gold VIP? Thanks.

When Asulon died, so did the PEX files. The coders made a program that helped with the transfer of groups. But there were bugs in it, and the backup wasn't perfect, which led to some people losing ranks. Should be fixed soon. :)
