Book Lost Forever?

Hey there. I spent around 5 hours writing a book in lot about corruption and traitors and good stuff like that. Pretty much a journal of my characters life. I red and when I came back it already despawned. Is it possible to get it back cat all? Please check the text files for my book. I don't know exact allocation Cruz I hosted a server while ago. Please help!!!

Might be able to get your character rollback-ed to a point after you had the book completed, but before it was deleted/lost. 

 

I suggest messaging an admin or a GM directly.

I hope you can get your book back. Make sure to always take screenshots of your books, or save a copy of it somewhere else like a google document or word processor. Never rely on minecraft to keep your books safe. >_>

What everyone else has suggested. In addition, in the future, I'd suggest writing your books in a google doc, and then pasting it into an MC book when done. Much faster and safer.

I fell of a large tree near the ship at wilds than by the time I ran back it was all gone. Nobody was their except my buddy. He gave me some of his armor since I lost my stuff and a book and quill. There was nobody else there at the time

This. By carrying it with you, you're risking losing it if you die.

By carrying your possessions with you, you risk losing it. If you don't want to lose your items, don't bring them with you.
