She lived with her father until she was 13 (in human years), then ran away. After her mother’s passing, her father lost his sanity. He beat her daily, and forced her to be a slave in his mine. She sneakily dug a route to get into the wilderness inside the mine and never turned back. After that, she always stayed quiet. She never wanted to think about her father. Ever, ever, ever again. She ran off to who knows where. She didn’t know where she was going. All she knew was she wanted to escape that hellhole she called home her whole life. Several years later, she was resting in a village. She actually met quite a few people in the village, and felt she had met her true love. Just as she started to open up to everyone around her, she caught her love sleeping with another woman. The next day she told her two friends Alisha and Mirasola that she was leaving and not returning. They respected her wishes and did not ask her why, therefore, Allannia left the village. She came to the cities to try to start a new life in the shadows of her despair. Ambitions for the Future: Allannia has always wanted to start a family, settle down, have kids, and give them the life she never had. Personality: Allannia is a very wise girl. She is very shy, but if you take the time to get to know her, she can be a very trustworthy and loyal friend. Skills: Allannia is very good at cooking, climbing, archery, farming, and is very flexible and light on her feet. Appearance (this must include an in-game screenshot of your skin): Allannia is a very tall and slim girl. She has silky light brown hair that matches well with her bright blue eyes and hides her ears. She wears a headband that also matches her eyes. She has a tight red shirt on, since she hasn’t been able to buy a new shirt for a while. She is wearing short pants that allow her to move freely and flexibly to different areas. She has simple shoes on, ones that make it easy to run and climb. She has very thick leather gloves that once belonged to her mother. She wears them almost all of the time. Her height is about six and one fourth of a foot tall. She has very pale skin, but it matches her body well. Any other details you wish to share about your character: I don’t really have anything to add! :POpen-Response-Questions Each question in this section must be answered with a minimum of one paragraph which must describe the event in full. Please be as descriptive as possible and do not break character or lore at any point.1. As you walk through the deep forests you hear the sound of whispering and snickering. Upon inspection you realize that a group of High Elves are mocking a small Wood Elf child. How do you react?Answer: Allannia notices the High Elves mocking the Wood Elf child, but doesn’t react very much. Staring at them awkwardly, the group notices her. They walk over and glare at Allannia. “Got a problem, girl?” One of the girls asks. Allannia seems stunned for words, not sure how to react. One of the guys in the group comes up to Allannia, “Are you deaf? She asked if you got a problem!” Allannia glances at the little girl behind them, but realizes its most likely safer to keep her mouth shut. She shakes her head, then quickly turns and runs, terrified.2. Whilst wandering through the Elven forests you come across a frail old man with a walking stick. He collapses in front of you, falling to the ground with a sharp thud. Out of his pocket falls a small pouch of gold coins, which hits the ground and splits open spreading coins across the pathway. The man lies there, defenseless - what do you do?Answer: Allannia seems stunned by the man falling. She shudders, then looks around to see if anyone is around to see her. She soon finds out no one is there, and runs to the man’s aid. She helps him up and scoops up the coins, giving him a new bag to carry them in. The man kindly asks her if she can take him to his home in the woods, and she does so kindly. The man insists she keeps all of the gold coins, but she only takes half, greatly thanking him and continuing on her journey. 3. Whilst traversing the Elven Woodlands, you come across a small clearing in which a colored carriage sits. A trader stands outside of it and calls you over, telling you of his wares. He points out that his carriage sells just about everything, and that he's willing for you to haggle for a price. What does your character do? (Please include:- item, haggling for prices and the discussion involved).Answer: Allannia looks at the man, seeming scared and stunned. She steadily makes her way over and listens to what he has to say about his wares. She notices a particular item in the back of the cart. An item she hasn’t seen much of in a long time. “Uhm... C-Can I see that bow in the back?”, She asks shakily. The trader smiles brightly, holding out the bow. “This is my most prized object,” he says, “Crafted by some of the greatest elves. It’s a very strong bow, too. Many have wanted to buy this beauty, but none have had the right amount of coin. Want to try ‘er out?” Allannia thinks for a moment, then nods. The trader brings out a large target, a quiver of arrows, and hands her the bow. She calms her nerves and breaths steadily, aiming at the bright red dot in the center of the target. Standing perfectly still for a few seconds, she releases the arrow and it zooms off the bow, hitting a few centimeters off the center. “Well by golly!” the tradesman shouted, “That was the best shot I’ve seen with that bow!” Allannia walked back over to the tradesman, rubbing her thumb over the designs carved into the bow. “So, how much do you want for this?” Allannia asked quietly, still examining the bow, plucking at the string. “Well,” the tradesman started,”I’ve been trying to sell this beauty for about 500 gold pieces. Allannia looked shocked. “I must admit, this is a very nice bow. But I do not think it would be worth 500 gold pieces.” Allannia said grimly. The tradesman thought for a minute. “Well, since you are a very good shot, I’m willing to go down to 300.” “Why don’t we meet in the middle at 150?” The tradesman glared. “Now, if you had hit that bullseye, it’d be a different story. But no. I’m willing to go down to 250, but thats all.” Allannia stands in thought, and realizes that its basically half off from the starting price. She nods. “I’ll take it!” She says as she counts up her gold pieces. She hands the perfect amount to the man and takes the bow with her, satisfied of her deal, and heading back on her journey. Ford 1996 Share Posted April 6, 2013 -Your definitions are a tad short. Include examples of a player meta-gaming, power-gaming, and role-playing if you'd like, but definitely write more about each role-play term. -There's not a hint of lore in your biography. It'd be wise to look at the lore for High Elves by going to Gameplay>Lore, located near the top of the website right beneath the Lord of the Craft title. So, where was Allania born? What's the name of this village? Include details like these in your biography. -Add dialogue to your second ORQ, just like you did for your first and third. If you have any questions to ask me, send it through a PM. You may re-apply in 24 hours.
