First Non Aggression Pact of Dalroi

 

THE CONTRACTING PARTIES, in order to promote cooperation, to achieve stability in their regions, and to promote just and honourable relations between nations, do agree with one another to abide by the precepts established herein.

 

 

PROVISION I

On the participant nations of this treaty and the sovereigns who shall be held responsible for the actions of their respective nations.




  • Participant Nations of the Dalroi Treaty and their Respective Sovereign Offices

    • The Holy Empire of Oren

      • Which shall be led for eternity by the rightfully born Holy Emperor of Oren

    • Princedom of Mailnor

      • Which shall be led by the rightfully elected Mailnor Council


 

 

PROVISION II

On the obligations of the participant nations of this treaty.




  • Obligations of the Participant Nations

    • The Holy Empire of Oren

      • Resolved, that the Holy Emperors of Oren shall act peacefully towards, the state of Mailnor

      • Resolved, that the Holy Emperors of Oren and their subjects shall act peacefully towards the state of Mailnor

      • Resolved, that subjects of the Holy Oren Empire shall not participate in or initiate violent activities in the territory of the state of Mailnor




  • Princedom of Mailnor

    • Resolved, that the High Council shall act peacefully towards The Holy Oren Empire.

    • Resolved, that the High Council s and their subjects shall act peacefully towards the Holy Oren Empire and their subjects

    • Resolved, that Mailnor the High Council and their subjects shall not participate in or initiate violent activities in the territory of the Holy Oren Empire.



 

 

PROVISION III

On the obligations of the participant states of this treaty to each other..




  • Obligations of Participant States to the each other

    • War   



  • Resolved that both participant Nations  shall not engage in war against each other during the activity of this treaty.

  • Resolved that both participant Nations shall not practice in any hostile activities against each other, as well as not aid or support any type of force that dose, such as rebels, allies or whatever force that may be.

  • Resolved that both participant Nations shall not aid whatsoever other Nations during times of warfare against the other party, including trade of military equipment.

  • Resolved that both Nations shall not in any way or form dissolve this treaty and attack the other, if the treaty is to be dissolved the other nation must be informed of such action and they must wait a period of one year before they can take up any hostile action against the other. (1 month rl)

  • Resolved that both Nations shall not aid or support any type of group or state that is engaged in any type of warfare against the other nation be it aggressive or defensive.

  • Resolved that it is the duty of both Nations to inform each other on the groups etc, that are hostile in war with them.

  • Resolved that Oren or Mailnor may aid each other against rebel/rouge groups.




  • Obligations of the Nation has towards their citizens

    • Resolved that citizens of each nation that are on the other nations territory shall not receive any kind of special treatment and the other nation must respect the right of the other to conduct whatever measures that they wish that are within their laws.

    • Resolved that high level officials shall not be conducted to the same measures as normal citizens when they are on the other nations lands and their status shall be considered.



  • Ambassadors

    • Resolved, that both participant Nations shall accept into their respective capital cities an embassy from each of the participant nations of this treaty.

    • Resolved, that both participant Nations shall hold foreign embassies of the Treaty as the sovereign territories of their respective owners and shall not interfere in the operations of such embassies.




  • Trade




  • Resolved that both participant Nations shall accept into their capital tradesmen of the other Nation.

  • Resolved that both participant Nations shall share a flourishing trade and economic environment.




  • Traitors, Criminals and fugitives




  • Resolved that both participant Nations shall either hand over or allow the other nations to arrest traitors, criminals and fugitives that are within in the other nations lands. If resisting arrest, the party that wishes to capture the fugitive(s) can commit acts of violence upon the them.

  • Resolved that both participant Nations must always before entering the other’s land to claim a fugitive, criminal or traitor, request  to  do so from a high ranking official.




  • Noblemen/Officials and Military Men that attack the other Nation.




  • First Offence, If this is the first time the offender is to be put on trial and the Judge of the respective nation shall punish the offender accordingly to his wish

  • Second Offence, if this is the second time the offender is to be put on trial and is expected to be punished harshly.


 

 

PROVISION IV

On the precepts governing the land of participant Nations of the Treaty, and of foreign states.




  • The Lands of the Participant States of the Treat

    • Expansion of Territory into Unclaimed Land

      • Resolved, that two participant Nations of the Treaty may expand their territory into unclaimed land or land which is occupied by foreign uncivilized peoples.

    • Expansion of Territory into Claimed Land

      • Resolved, that both participant Nations Of the Treaty are required to recognize land claims by all other participant Nations. Where there is conflict of interests, the two Nations shall be called upon to a meeting to discuss the matter.

      • The map detail the territory of the Holy Oren Empire.

      • Currently there is no map for the territories of the Princedom of Mailnor, when a map is done it can be added.

PROVISION V

On the period of the treaty  and the manner of altering the Dalroi Treaty.


  • Period

    • Time Period

      • Resolved that, the treaty shall be intact for a period of five years (five months real)

      • Resolved that, the treaty can be extended after the time period




  • Alterations

    • Alterations

      • Resolved, that alterations to the Treaty are any act by a participant Nation which changes the text of the Treaty in a way that alters the fundamental meaning of the text.

      • Resolved, that propositions for altering the Treaty should be presented to both Nations for assessment and approval.
