Yemekar’s Workforce

 

Ranks

 

Yemekar’s Pick : The Leader of the Dwarven Workforce. He is in charge of managing the mines, lumber yard, and farm. He manages the pay and workers of each station making sure their are no stealers or dishonest members. Yemekar’s pick must always make sure their are enough supplies left and that the farms get replanted.

 

Overseer of Mining : The Overseer of Mining is in charge of making sure miners do their job. He notifies the Yemekar’s Pick if there are any problems. He must also make sure the mines do not collapse or get overused(The point where there is no Minerals left to collect).

 

Overseer of Lumber : The Overseer of Lumber is stationed at the lumber yard and is in charge of making sure workers do their job. He notifies the Yemekar’s Pick if there are any problems. He must also make sure to replant the saplings of trees and to take all the leaves down.

 

Overseer of Farming : The Overseer of Farming is stationed at the farm and is in charge of making sure workers do their job. He notifies the Yemekar’s Pick if there are any problems. He must also make sure to replant the seeds.

 

 

Workers : Workers must have a permit to work where they want to be stationed at. Without a permit they cannot mine, lumber, or farm. Once a worker is stationed where they are, they must do their job and follow the rules of their station. Workers must put the items they receive from the work into their assigned chest. If workers steal and do not follow the rules their permit will be removed and will face punishment.

 

Workforce

 

Permit : To work at a station you must apply for a Permit. Once accepted the worker shall receive their permit where they can start working on their job. Without a permit you cannot work and therefore cannot make money without some other job. If found caught stealing or harboring ungiven minerals the Permit will be removed.

 

Stations : The Station of Mining is used to gather minerals and stone for the kingdom. Workers will be working in the underground mines. The Station of Lumber is used to gather Wood for the kingdom. Workers will be working in the outside Lumber Yard. The Station of Farming is used to gather food for the kingdom. This consists of Wheat, Melons, Potatoes, and Carrots. Workers will be working in the farm fields.

 

Payment: Each dwarf will have to fulfill a designed quota for each station they are in. Once they have fulfilled the quota any extra minerals will be payed for. You will not be payed for the quota but will be payed for any extra minerals you earn. For example the Mining quota is 24 Iron Ingots and 10 Coal. Any minerals collected after that you will be payed for. IF YOU DO NOT FULFILL YOUR QUOTA YOU’RE PERMIT WILL BE REMOVED. You will have a chest to store your minerals. BUT YOU CAN ONLY COLLECT SO MUCH AFTER YOUR QUOTA. ANY OVER THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT YOU WILL NOT GET PAYED FOR. REMEMBER TO ALWAYS HAND IN EVERY MATERIALS YOU HAVE NO MATTER WHAT UNTIL YOU REACH THE MAXIMUM QUOTA, ANY MATERIALS KEPT WITHOUT REACHING THE MAX LIMIT WILL BE SEEN AS BREAKING A LAW

Laws of all Stations :

 

-Always fulfill your quota

- Do not Steal

- Do not Harbor any items

- You must work to make mina

- Do not insult/fight with your Overseer or fellow Workers

- You have until every monday until payment is received

-Always give all your materials until you reach the max limit, any materials kept without reaching the max limit will be seen as STEALING and HARBORING.

 

Laws of Mining Station :

 

-Always fulfill your quota

- Do not Steal

- Do not Harbor any items

- You must work to make mina

- Do not insult/fight with your Overseer or fellow Workers

- You have until every monday until payment is received

- Do not Exhaust the mines leaving no minerals or stone

- Make sure you build supports so the mine cannot collapse

-When you mine use supports every 5 to 6 blocks. Don’t do dirty mining or 1 by 1 strip mining.

-Always give all your materials until you reach the max limit, any materials kept without reaching the max limit will be seen as STEALING and HARBORING.

 

Laws of Lumber Station:

 

-Always fulfill your quota

- Do not Steal

- Do not Harbor any items

- You must work to make mina

- Do not insult/fight with your Overseer or fellow Workers

- You have until every monday until payment is received

- Always replant the tree saplings to expand the farm

- Never leave any leafs floating around

-Always give all your materials until you reach the max limit, any materials kept without reaching the max limit will be seen as STEALING and HARBORING.

 

Laws of Farming Station

 

-Always fulfill your quota

- Do not Steal

- Do not Harbor any items

- You must work to make mina

- Do not insult/fight with your Overseer or fellow Workers

- You have until every monday until payment is received

- Always replant the seeds into the dirt

- Do not mess with the farm making it dirty

-No wheat, trees, pumpkins,melons,sugarcane and cocoa beans.

-No overcrowding of animals as all animals are allowed.

-Keep two of each animal so they can breed.

-Each animal must be in a pin.

-Always give all your materials until you reach the max limit, any materials kept without reaching the max limit will be seen as STEALING and HARBORING.

 

Consequences :

 

- After breaking a law your permit will be removed 1 week time irl

- After breaking a law a second time your permit will be removed 1 month irl

- If you break a law for a third time, your permit will be remover forever.

Iron Ingot - 15 Minas Max. 64 Iron

Redstone - 10 Minas Max. 30 Redstone

Gold Ingot - 60 Minas. Max. 6 Gold

 

Quota of Mining: 24 Iron and 10 Coal.

 

Lumberjacks :

 

Wooden Log - 2 Minas Max. 2 Stacks Wood

Apples - 2 Minas, Max. 64 Apples

 

Quota of Lumber: 2 Stacks of Logs.

 

Farmers :

 

Potato - 2 Minas. Max 3 Stacks 3 Stacks of Potatoes

Carrot - 2 Minas. Max. 3 Stacks of Carrots

 

Quota of Farming : 32 Beef,128 Potatoes,32 Brown and 32 Red Mushrooms.

(( Keep in mind, that the perms for the mine will be reset, therefore you need to apply above to keep them. The mine work will officially start on the 29th of April. ))

The quota is collected each week. The Overseer of Mining, Wulfric Grandaxe, or Yemekar’s Pick, Delric Grandaxe, must receive your quota each week personally. You cannot leave your quota somewhere for the ones in charge to find it for you. If you complete your quota that week, you will be considered active, and receive a ‘point’ in your file. (( http://goo.gl/LJmau)) If you give in extra, you will receive another point. For that extra, you can earn money.

Quota: It is the minimal of what you must give each week. You will get payed for the extra you give in. For example, if you give in your quota, you automatically did your job. If you also give in an extra materials, you can actually earn money.

Prices:

Coal- 5 Mina per each.

Iron Ingot- 15 per each

Redstone- 10 per each

Lapis Lazuli- 25 per each

Emerald- 35 per each

Gold Ingot- 60 per each

-Recruit Miner

-Quota: 10 coal, 15 iron.

-You receive this rank the moment you sign up. You get given the basic tools.

-Miner

-Quota: 10 coal, 24 iron.

-You receive this rank the moment you reach 5 points. This rank basically proves that you are an active member of Yemekar’s Workforce. You get iron tools.

Prefect Miner

-Quota: same as miner.

-This position is given by the will of the overseer of mining. The prefect watches over the mines, makes sure they aren't falling apart. They report any incidents to the overseer of mining.

Senior Miner-

-Only one dwarf.

-Quota: same as miner

-In the absence of the overseer of mining during meetings, the senior would represent him.

-Same duties as prefect.

-Access to the quota storage, for giving out recruits basic tools, and miners iron tools.

Tools:

You must only use the tools that will be given as work-only tools. You must not take the tools and use them for selling out for the public. The tools that you are given is a pick and a shovel. The basic tools are made out of stone.
