You've used the alternate account format. This form at is for getting another Minecraft account whitelisted if you've already been accepted. If you indeed have already been accepted, you must verify that you have been accepted by posting with your normal forum account. If this is your first time applying however, use the normal race-based format to get your main account whitelisted first and then use the alternate account format to get your second account whitelisted after your main account has been whitelisted. I didn't read the application in-depth, but I can tell you from skimming over it that your power-emoting and meta-gaming definitions are wrong and all of your definitions need to be expanded upon, and you'll need either a new skin or to alter your current one as it has the default head. Other than the head, your skin is fine, though. Also, I'd like to see some more detail in your Open Response Questions. Make them read similar to short stories with detailed action and dialogue between characters.
