Price asking: 300minas elven weekly rent

Security deposit: 500minas that is returned should you move. This is assuming that rent is paid on time and no damages are suffered.

 

The inn comes with a bar, five rooms, a kitchen, garden, mead cellar, and a supply attic.

This tavern is known for untrustworthiness. I used to "own" thy tavern and was evicted for not giving a key for the chests to the man who sold me thy tavern ((adding him to locks)) even though he didn't even use them. I suggest not affiliating with them. Thy tavern doesn't get much business anyways...I wouldn't waste yer time or money.

*tears the note down, replacing them with his own.* "The tenant has all rights to the inn so long as no major changes are made to it. This is so as long as I am the landlord. I can not help what happened before I came into ownership."

I suggest ye make sure ye signed the contract as a full agreement and make sure ye understand it because if ye don't they shall get ye...mistake I made; that be all though.
