Delonna single-mindedly strides towards the Lin'evaral noticeboard, parchment in hand. Unfurling the paper, he firmly pins the notice to the noticeboard before taking a step back. He skims over the official looking paper for a moment, before nodding contently and turning away, heading off into the city.

 

If one were to inspect this notice, it reads as follows:

 

Citizens of Lin'evaral.

 

Following the election of Sohaer Lucion Sullas, and Medi'iran Delonna Aélèyelsa and Kalenz Uradir, the tribunes of the triumvirate have met to discuss the current state of city affairs. Despite the absence of one Medi’ir, the meeting went on as planned. As such, it is my duty to inform the citizens of our blessed city of the decisions made.

 

First and foremost, from this day forth, referendums shall only be written by council members, and not by normal citizens. If one has a problem, far better they bring it straight to a member of the triumvirate, so they may attempt to address it directly.

 

The second notable announcement is the creation of a new Tilruir position, intended to act for the Triumvirate when the members of the council are absent. The Triumvirate offers this position to Mr Silvos Sythaerin, should he desire it. We are confident he is the best choice to will the position.

 

More announcements will come in time, after the next council meeting.
