In-Character Information: Complete the following biography on your character: Full Name: Drazel Meto Current Age: 18 Sub-race (if any): None Past / History (include childhood, major-events, etc. 2+ paragraphs long): I was born in the woods, with two happy parents to look after me. We were rather poor, but we lived in the wilderness, and got our food by picking apples and fruits off the trees. We never hunted. My mom, Shalissa, was in love with animals. She would rather die than let me or my father lay a hand on an animal. Every morning, me and my father would go out, deep into the woods, to find the freshest apples. Then we would eat them. They were always delicous. Because of my diet, I grew to be very strong. I didn't know it at the time, but this was very important. Life continued this way, until I turned 11. When I was 11, me and my father were off picking apples, when we came across the settlement Aeriel. It had amazing designs, and was one of the most amazing places I had ever seen. It was about 2 or 3 miles away from our house. The villagers were kind enough, so we welcomed them, and we were invited to join one of there feasts. There was meat there. My mom was horrified, and my father had to take her home. I knew they wouldn't return. The villagers appoligized and said they did not know she valued the lives of animals so much. I told them it was okay, and after a while, things began to settle down. I had had a delicous dinner, consisting of much fruit, and much salad. As usual. I had begun to like these villagers. I thought they were all nice. But then the man appeared, the man who was not nice. His name as Herun. I smiled at him. thinking he was kind. He turned to me. In his hands, was a very, very, large sword. I stepped back. Before I could do anything, he brought the hilt of his sword down on my head. I crumpled to the ground. When I awoke, my money had been taken. Everything had been taken from me. Not that I had much, but it angered me. It angered me enough to make me want a means of self defense. I was able to convince my parents to let me practice archery. I was a natural. And so I learned archery for 7 years. I was an expert by my 15th birthday. But the villagers couldn't teach me anything more when I turned 15. So I packed my things, including a bow that I had made myself, and a quiver of arrows. I said goodbye to my parents, and told them my reason for leaving. I was going to travel to Laurelin, in hope of a better archery teacher, and still being able to live in the forest. The villagers said it was not too far from here, and it was in a magnificent forest. And so I began my journey. My journey was a safe one, and I didn't meet many people along the way. After about 3 days of traveling, I arrived in Laurelin. The villagers were right. It had a magnificent forest, and on top of these wonderful trees, were only slightly-less magnificent houses. Elves wandered on the roads that had been built on top these trees, all of them smiling heartily. Instantly, I knew I was going to live there forever. It was perfect. That night, I traveled throughout the treetops, asking elves where to find an archer teacher. They all told me the same thing. "We are not much of a war nation, but of course, we must have soldiers. Go to Captain Hardey. He'll tell you. And so I did. Captain Hardey was a stern man, but he got the job done. I learned that soon enough. He appointed me apprentice of Ranger Sear. Ranger Sear was much kinder than Captain Hardey. I rented a house, and Ranger Sear gave me money to pay the rent. On the weekends I would sell fruits that I had picked. The elves would all accept my fruit happily, and munch away on them. I continued practicing my marksmanship for three more years, until I became an expert and dropped out of training. Up to this day I live in Laurelin, the most magnificent area to live, in all of Aegis. Ambitions for the Future: I plan to set up my own fruit shop, where we will sell the best fruits in all of Laurelin! Have you posted your app on Minecraft Forums?: Yes. Personality: I am very kind, and would eagerly help a poor man without a second thought. I am very determined, and once I set my mind to something, I keep doing it, and do not stop until it is over with. Above all this, my main hobby is reading, and archery. I will also always think of others before myself. Skills: I am very good at archery, and picking foods such as apples, grapes, and other fruits. I also can survive in the wilderness well, because of the 18 years I spent living in the wilderness. Appearance (this must include an in-game screenshot of your skin):I have thick blondish hair, I am rather fair skinned, both my ears poke out of my head and curve into arrow like shapes, I am about 5 feet, 11 inches tall, and I am very strong, regardless of my height. I have large, leather hands, and everywhere I go I wear a thick, leather chestplate. http://i.imgur.com/HycVtEA.png AND http://i.imgur.com/avOEaap.png Open-Response-Questions Each question in this section must be answered with a minimum of one paragraph which must describe the event in full. Please be as descriptive as possible and do not break character or lore at any point. ____ 1. As you walk through the deep forests you hear the sound of whispering and snickering. Upon inspection you realize that a group of older elves are mocking a small elven child. How do you react? Answer: I approach the older elves and shout at them to stop that nonsense. One of the larger elves turns on me, and laughs. I draw my bow threateningly. "Lay off this boy. Why don't you pick on someone your own size?" I see the boy scurrying away, and watching from a safe distance. Two of the largest elves turn on me. "Ha! How about you, bud?" They crack their knuckles. Only then do I realize they are unarmed and will rely on brute force. Fools, I think to myself. I sprint towards them, and at the last second dive to my left. The elf had swung his fist where I was standing, and stumbled. I am much faster than the rest of them, and I run towards where the boy was watching. Do to my 18 years in the woods, I am very strong. I pick up the boy and run off before they can realize what happens. Once i'm sure we’re safe, I walk with the boy home, and tell him to keep clear of those men. 2. Whilst wandering through the Elven forests you come across a frail old man with a walking stick. He collapses in front of you, falling to the ground with a sharp thud. Out of his pocket falls a small pouch of gold coins, which hits the ground and splits open spreading coins across the pathway. The man lies there, defenseless - what do you do? Answer: The old man hits the ground with a thud. I dash over to the man, and help him up. "Thank.. thank you,sir..." Murmers the dreary old man. I realize he's hurt. I hand him the cain, and return his pouch of money. I tear off some cloth from my shirt, and use it to repair the coin sack. I walk with him to a hospital, where I watch his recovery for about an hour, until I am sure he will be okay, and leave. 3. Whilst traversing the Elven Woodlands, you come across a small clearing in which a colored carriage sits. A trader stands outside of it and calls you over, telling you of his wares. He points out that his carriage sells just about everything, and that he's willing for you to haggle for a price. What does your character do? (Please include:- item, haggling for prices and the discussion involved). Answer: "Ah, well, I was just taking a walk, so I don't have many Minas on me. But I suppose.. How much would'ya do for a nice cold ale?" I ask, suddenly in need of an ale. The man laughs. "A good old ale. How about 15 Minas, if you don't got much. "How did you know?" I ask, laughing. "I only have 15 Minas." I hand over the money and he returns the ale. he pulls one out for himself. "Cheers!" we clang our glasses together. I drink some of the ale, and continue my walk through the forest, sipping ale as I go.
