Situation of Kal'Halla:

 

Kal'Halla will still be owned by the Kingdom, however all residence are to move out and reside within the Kingdoms boarders, or suffer the same fate as anyone else wishing to stay within the wilds. However, a 'New' Kal'Halla is to be built, under the name Kal'Rin, which its construction is being overseen by the Stormhammer Indago, and anyone wishing to continue the lives they had at Kal'Halla may move into Kal'Rin, which is currently in construction, just speak to Indago Stormhammer.
