For one, you need to share your age, there are actually reasons for this.

 

You must post your application to the Minecraft Forum Post as well as on this forum.

 

Your definitions could all use some work. I would look at this page, it will help you get a better understanding of each of the things you must define.

 

Your bio is quite short, and lacking in server lore. I would advise you lengthen your bio a bit, and make use of some of the server's lore. Town, city and kingdom names are a good place to start.

 

Make sure to tie in the sections describing your character in with your bio.

 

I would like to see your first ORQ expanded. I have accepted people with similar responses, but they were still able to extend their answers somewhat. Also, in your second ORQ, by killing the bandit unprovoked (that is considered unprovoked by villain rules), your character acted in a villainous manner, something which applicants cannot do. I would rewrite it so he does not perform any villainous actions.

 

Not a bad start by any stretch, but you could definitely use a bit of work.
