Selling Quartz Blocks

Notes are posted around Oren as well as within Malinor, and one at the Nation Crossing written in a fine cursive. They read:

 

I, Rose Valois, have thirty-seven quartz blocks I wish to sell. If you have any interest in purchasing these blocks, please send a bird to the Countess Rose Valois in Auvergne with a quantity and an offer. You may also post notes below the poster at the Nation Crossing.

 

If you wish to purchase the entire lot forthright, without any negotiation, it can be purchased for 8000 minas.
