In Asulon, the Karakatuan Empire was named Va'Khajra. And is commonly referred to this name, as this is known to be when the Empire was at it's finest, for a time.

Character Sub-race: Kha'Cheetrah.

Character appearance (Including age and gender):

 

Sa'Jhago is a male Kharajyr, who is currently at the age of 21. He is slim with an athletic build, with a tan to his fur which is dotted frequently. However the dots are in abundance on his face. Jhago has a pale brown color to his eyes, and has a baldness of "style-hair".

What is the personality of your character like?:

 

As all Kharajyr, his faith is everything to him. He values his Tlatlanni with a great respect, but also those who the Tlatlanni respects. He is quick to trust those his Tlatlanni trusts. This is the same for Kharajyr Sages, and also the Aelkos of the Empire.

 

He is quite quiet. However, when it comes to casual talking, he's not silent. He likes to get to know his friends more. He is cheery, and looks on the positive side of things. And he doesn't like people who moan all the time.

Biography (If you are applying as a kitten, please only state the name of your parents/siblings)

 

Sa'Jhago was born to Si'Meeri and Su'Khuran. He was cared as a child in the sight of Metztli by his Father (Su'Khuran), and he values his teaching greatly. His trials were adequately trained for, specifically using the composite bow more than many other weapons. His trials proceeded without a hitch and he became an Adult.

 

When he was 15, he fell into an emotional state after lusting over another Kharajyr for too long without signifying his love for her. This has plagued his thoughts since, only now is he really beginning to get over it. She unfortunately died before he could ask her, in the fires of Kalos.

 

When he was 18, Sa'Jhago had a definite idea of where he wanted to be in life. He wanted to become a Do', and eventually a Moonblade of his Tlatlanni. His ambitions were set on being a notable Archer in Karakatua, who has eyes all over the Jungle.

Character’s ambitions within the Kharajyr:

 

As a player, I want Sa'Jhago to interact with many Kharajyr, and many players. I want him to go where Role-play leads him, and no further.

 

As a character, Sa'Jhago currently wants to become an archer in the Do', and fight for his Tlatlanni, and for Metztli. He will die for either, as he beliefs Metztli trusts the Tlatlanni, and the Tlatlanni trusts her. But he would never go as far to question such, nor assume it of Metztli.

Character’s strengths/weaknesses:

 

Sa'Jhago is a Kha'Cheetrah, and is faster on his feet than the other Sub-races of the Kharajyr. His legs have gained a suiting amount of muscle to allow speed to be sustained, but not for overly extended periods of time. His arms are archer-arms, and lack the strength to hold his own in melee combat valiantly. He would usually use knives or daggers, which makes him seem and be more weaker.

 

Sa'Jhago is quite smart, yet sometimes he over thinks, or thinks too deeply about simple things. And his positive outlook sometimes makes light of serious situations that require genuine seriousnes

Situational Roleplay Questions

 

Please note. I am going to assume I have a villain application for this character as I proceed to answer.

1. You are heading home from a successful hunting trip when a group of three heavily armoured humans jump out from behind a tree and start demanding the surrender of your catch over to them. Each man has a sword drawn and they are gradually pacing towards you...

How does your character react?

Sa'Jhago would drop the catch, and flee backward. His initiative was to run at the sound of the ape's armor. Whilst he fled, he navigated his way up a tree, their eyes now fixed on the catch, as they take it. Sa'Jhago was above, in the tree they were behind. Upon his back is the composite bow he used to hunt and catch with. He unsheathes it.

 

Suddenly, a very tribal arrow slips its way into one of the armored Human's neck, with extreme accuracy. Now that his element of surprise is gone, Sa'Jhago would aim, notch and aim again. Before delivering another punishing arrow towards the second. It penetrates his thick armor only a slight, his aim was off due to the surprise of their surprise.

 

Sa'Jhago decides to give up on this fight, and flee upon the trees using the vines and branches. He does this with succession, where he would then proceed to alert the Do' of the Ape's presence on the island.

2. You arrive at the temple of Metztli only to see one of your closest friends stealing the sacred blue gems from the altar, a most unholy act for a Kharajyr.

How does your character react?

 

Sa'Jhago would enable his running skills as he chases air to the Do' barracks. He finds Ri'Skar there, the Tultelkos. He alerts him and accompanies him to the Temple where they both catch the thief.

 

Sa'Jhago's emotions would be in turmoil. Although his friend, Sa'Jhago had duty to Metztli, and his Tlatlanni. So he did it, with only the regret of a fool.

3. You are in the Cloud Temple when a stout, angry little dwarf begins yelling highly racist terms towards you at the top of his lungs. Although unarmed, the dwarf continues to yell after he makes eye contact with you.

How does your character react?

 

Sa'Jhago breaks eye contact whilst he sits on the steps waiting for a friend to finish getting his wounds tended to by the Monks (not death). Jhago would have his composite bow upon his lap, as he restrings it for use in his next battle.

 

"Ape... Do you evarn know awf Metztli?" He would say in a condescending manner. "Nah, ya big kitty!" He would reply with a rude and equally condescending manner. "She keels thaws who awppawse her, thaws who wrawng her." Jhago says, almost implying something. He knows that she does this because of the stories he heard of Khalenwyr (Aegis). "She taykz their cheeldrawn, awnd makes theem eentu Kharajyr, bawt nawt reel Kharajyr." He says, this time actually lying. "Eento fuutstools faw tha Tlatlanni." He would say, not chuckling. His friend comes out and they both walk down the steps, aware of the shocked, silent face of the dwarf.

4. Fire has broken out over the jungle city and you can hear the screaming of two Kha’ nearby. As you go investigate, you notice that one of your friends and the Tlatlanni’s white-furred child have gotten themselves trapped in opposite ends of a burning building. The roof creaks above you, if you were to get involved, you would only have time to save one before the building collapsed.

How does your character react?

 

The scent of fire seeps into Sa'Jhago's nostrils, and instantly he leaps out of his den and into the 'street', with a lack of a better name for it. He sprints straight away to the den of Vyalu, where Jhago's friend was staying for the night. The fire was spewing out like a volcano, like the mouth of Metztli herself. Jhago had to run in, he had to safe them. He goes for his friend first, only because she is closer. He helps her out of the stuck position she was in, which she thankfully got out of quickly. She manages to follow him however, for some reason, as he goes for Vyallu, the Tlatlanni's daughter.

 

The roof begins to crumble, and it falls upon his friend. Jhago looks back, his face furrowed and distraught. He turns back, and sprints for Vyallu. He leaps into the room she is in and slings her onto his back as he takes her out of the back of the den.

 

She was saved, but Jhago's friend was not. He didn't have time.
