*A poster is displayed neatly on the noticeboard of Kralta. 

 

   The steward of Kralta is recruiting for the labor force. Anyone may apply, but residents of the town will be paid  a greater percentage than someone that commutes. To be considered a resident, you must own property in the town and file for citizenship. Citizens are also required to recite a binding oath to Lord Carrion. All workers are required  to follow Hansetian law during their stay in Kralta, regardless of commute.

   Please ask for the steward of Kralta, David Nasser, if you are interested in work. Payment can be made in land, housing, or minas.

 

Lumberjack

Availability: Average

Pay: Dependent on the amount of lumber in the stockpile

Details: Potential high paying job dependent on the amount of workers and their haul.

 

Miner

Availability: Average

Pay: Dependent on the amount of lumber in the stockpile

Details: Potential high paying job dependent on the amount of workers and their haul.

 

Farmer

Availability: Low

Pay: Low

Details: Mainly geared towards children and those without a trade. Stepping stone to livestock breeder.

 

Livestock Breeder

Availability: Low

Pay: High

Details: High paying job. Livestock must either be purchased or earned through farming.

 

Construction worker

Availability: High

Pay: High

Details: Although the pay and and availability are high, you may only have this job if you are a skilled builder and designer. Builders will be given a free plot of land after a certain amount of work is put in. 

 

Merchant

Availability: Low

Pay: High

Details: You must have the money to purchase a stall or shop in the town. Merchants are expected to live in the town itself, so do not apply if you are a commuter. Must be active

 

Servant

Availability: Average

Pay: Low. Includes benefits such as medical care, housing, food, water, and clothing. Servants are expected to live in manors, but they are not currently built as of yet. They will be given free housing in the town until then.

Details: Low pay with high benfits. Must be active.

 

Levy- If you live in Kralta you will be asked to participate in the levy. You are expected to perform your duty in the call of battle unless you are one of the following: Child, female, enfeebled, elderly.

Lorik looks at the poster about the labor force and sees that fishermen will not be accepted. He sighs, having all hope lost at this point.

Lorik turns his head to see a note about the Kraltan Blacksmith looking for an apprentice, which he right away knows is Lark. He figures he might ask Lark since his fishing days are delayed for now.
