The Grand King’s Decree

 

*A parchment is seen hung around the various districts of Kal’Azgoth, as well as throughout the holdings of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan.*

 

By decree of Grand King Thorin Grandaxe, the first of his name, ruler of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan, and the Kingdoms of Salvus, Savoie, Oren, and Adunia, Holy Protector of the Human race and Liberator of the Elves and Halflings, Mili Irongut is hereby unbanished under the terms that he is to live his life in Kal’Azgoth as a Slayer of the dwarven Legion, until his blood debt has been repaid.

 

It is further proclaimed that by the will of Grand King Thorin Grandaxe, Morgrim Grandaxe is to be appointed a Lord, to the position that Nalro Greyhammer formally held. This further includes a seat upon the Lord’s Council of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan. This title is to be held until his death, resignation or it seen that he is unfit to hold his position.

 

It is further proclaimed that Bael Tunnelsmasher is hereby granted the position of Yemekar’s Pick, which further includes a seat upon the King’s Council. His first task as Yemekar’s Pick is to cleanse the wilds of all fortifications. Negotiations are ongoing with the Kingdom of Holm and for the time being, their lands shall be left untouched.

 

It is further proclaimed that Thorik Grandaxe is hereby granted the position of Grand Merchant which further includes a seat upon the King’s Council. His first task as Grand Merchant is to set up trade agreements with foreign nations, as well as garner further resources for the Kingdom’s treasury.

 

It is further proclaimed that Dizzy Thunderblade is hereby granted the position of King’s Justice of the King’s Guard. The duties of this position entail protecting the King, as well as members of the Lord’s Council. He is to await further orders from the Grand King himself.

 

It is further decreed that within the next year ((two weeks)), Lord Farren Starbreaker is to arrange a meeting of the King’s Council, for discussion upon improving the living standards within Kal’Azgoth.

Thrym is walking through the halls of Azgoth when the decree catches his eyes. Walking over, a pipe in the corner of his mouth, he begins to read, stroking his beard thoughtfully with one hand while a small cloud of smoke slowly begins to appear about him.
