Role-play Is basicly acting,You act like the charchter would

What’s metagaming?: - 

Meta-gaming is using ooc charachter information and using ic while your chrachter doesn't know it

What’s powergaming?: - 

Powergaming is basicly cheating,not allowing the other player to act,and some other times

is when you are about to die you power game your way out and BOOM you are alive

Katy Lisey was born in Salvus having a peacefull life until at the age of 2,Her parrents got killed

and she from then was all alone. People of Salvus where feeling bad for her so they where giving her food water and dometimes shelter.After that she was working at a shop and made good life there. But then the Orcs attacked and robbed her leaving her with almost no minass and no food.Now she wants to find a new good life,She doesn't care if it's to become a robber or a farmer or anything.She just wants good life

Your biography is rather short and too cliche. I'd like for you to expand upon it and include in some more server-lore. Don't just go the parents died and your character was robbed by Orcs, I see such in most applications. Eitherway, it's a good application, you just need to touch up on some parts.
