Navus'Lorundil Vincere sits frustrated on his oaken chair. "How dare they to try to be ahead of us" he mutters, grabbing the parchment while almost tearing it apart. Discriminating the Mali'aheral was bad enough, but trying to be better than us is just nonsense.

 

With a face of determination and ambition he writes a letter to the council, which reads as follow

 

"Karin'ayla, Councilors of the Mali'aheral.

 

With disgust I have watched the Valah trying to spread news and commercials from mass productive parchments, as many people around Anthos and within the Mali race itself believe that this is progress to a new era. I believe that we, the Mali'Aheral, should have atleast our form of true news and what they call "journalism."

 

I send to you, my humble request of support to bring us such invention and to spread the news by paper, not by word! It would be easily accesable in Haelun'Or and in Malinor! So even the lower Mali's can read true news!

 

With great expectations, I will await your answer about potential further negotiations about this concept.
