Dwarf Lm

((Continuing the various internal overhauls going on in the lore team, we're recruiting a few new LMs, and we're aiming to recruit in areas which are underrepresented. We're looking for an expert on dwarven history and lore, who in addition to that has a solid understanding of the interaction between IC and OOC. Who better to ask than the dwarves themselves? So I pose the question to the dwarven playerbase: who do you want as the "dwarf LM"?

((Definitely Dave (Tethras) or Zezimus, although both of them have college and are not as active as they should be they are true masters at our races lore and culture))

Zezimus and TEEBrown were two I've noticed for making huge contributions to dwarflore, but as you said, both are inactive at the moment.

Tethras would be an excellent choice, in my opinion. He helped me greatly when I was writing the Forest Dwarf lore, and I think he'd make for an awesome LM.

After a bit of discussion on the matter we came to this conclusion.

 

1: Dave or Zezimus, though zezimus is gone for collage and Dave likely will be soon to. With that in mind another choice is likely more suited. Currently Dave is away for a short time I believe so I would DEFINITELY wait until he returns to hear of his opinion.

 

2: If the circumstance arises that the previously stated people cannot take the position it is my personal opinion is that 30326 or myself could do well in the position given the time to learn and adapt.

"I want it cause I've been around for a while and have an excellent memory of Dwarven Lore, customs, inventions, ideas, as well as the dwarven antag. Alongside that, it goes well with the position of head remembrancer ((He will be getting this position soon likely)).  I'm also active almost all day on weekends and weekdays. Alongside that I love reading"

 

In my words

"I would like to think that I would be a suitable choice for it. Surely I would still have much to learn and read up on, but I am capable of doing such and already do so with what I have learned. I feel as I am active enough and mature enough to represent the dwarven community as best I can. Should I be picked I would eagerly learn what ever holes there may be in my knowledge. I already answer questions about dwarven culture for many people who ask me. Just like 30326 I love reading as well."

 

 

 

In the end I would like the most suited to properly help the community to receive the position.
