Appointment of the First Maer of Greater Kralta

Civil Administration of Raev, in the absence of Ostromir Sarkozic Carrion

 

Section I

Royal Appointment

 

i. Joferik Piekarz is hereby appointed First Maer of Greater Kralta and Fourth Maer of Kralta

ii. Joferik Piekarz is hereby appointed First Minister of Raev

 

 

Section II

Powers of the Maer

 

i. The Maer has the ability to pass any civil law without the consent of the Duke

ii. The Maer has the ability to evict, sell, or rent any hovel in the Greater Kralta area

iii. The Maer has the ability to commission or oversee any project within Raev

iv. The Maer has the ability to act as judge for low civil court

v. The Maer has the right to oversee the economic development of the town

vi. the Maer has the right to work with the Bishop for any ecclesiastical related matters

vii. The Maer has the right to privately petition the Duke for matters relating to Raev

 

 

Section III

Duties of the Maer

 

i. The Maer has the duty to mange the town in the image of the Strelts

ii. The Maer has the duty to act as the first citizen of Kralta

iii. The Maer has the duty to make decision related to the Greater Kralta region

iv. The Maer has the duty to manage Kralta in the absence of Duke

v. The Maer has the duty to petition the Duke for any matters which elude him

vi. The Maer has the duty to ensure that Kralta supports the economic development of the Kingdom

vii. The Maer has the duty to uphold civil laws within Kralta
