"Dear orcs, think you deserve a horse, want a place to board your horse?  Grools stable has what you want.  However of course there is a catch, talk with Grool to see if he approves, if he does then you pay 1000 mina for a horse!  

 

A few catches are you must board it at the stables, and if you kill it you pay an extra 500 mina.  Besides that the horse is yours!

 

So get going, find Grool and talk to him to purchase your horse!"
