I wonder if I was just either oblivious to it not being so, or guards vs bandits was more chill and enjoyable, and less, uh, forum posts and youtube clips to shit music? Wholesome guard rp is pretty dead, esp. small-scale lil vassal levies I remember taking part in, where you'd chill then go out and patrol, skirm w bandits, escort people along the helena --> ves road...

    It doesn't say you have to be part of a realm, just that you should mention it. E.g. my backstory on arcas mentioned aftermath of war of 2 emps stuff, and it was fun reading abt it on the wiki and forums, then when i joined i just pottered abt and did whatever. I suppose the point is it nudges people towards basic understanding of current server conditions - CT must update wiki consistently accordingly and link to such information on the application page to point ppl in right direction, but I think its positive.

    when will an effort be made to get data on new player retention to be assessed and released lots of people join the server but player count seems to remain roughly the same, why? can retention data be used to figure out why people dont stay?
