A L C H E M I C A L S Potions for any cause are well suited to the Crusade effort and will be accepted readily. Alchemicals on their lonesome are also well appreciated, as well as glass bottles to make use of in potion-brewing. F O O D S T U F F S Canned foods of all sorts. Loaves of bread, ingredients, seasonings, and also utensils to be used in the kitchens. Meat on its own, as well, is preferred among the soldiery. W E A P O N R Y Weaponry of all kinds will be welcome as donations to our Crusaders, with no limitation. Anything and everything shall be accepted. Materials to make weapons such as metal and leather, and money to purchase them, shall be gladly accepted. O R E S A N D M I N E R A L S For the creation of weapons at the site of the Crusades, both small and large varieties. C O N S T R U C T I O N M A T E R I A L S For the sake of expanding the camp, and strengthening the defenses, materials of construction shall be needed. Roswyn Halcourt read over this missive with a saddened heart, fond memories of the assignments she had submitted to her childhood headmaster, and how she did once get her lost within the capital. The first dame of Alba, Kaba Halcourt, would surely live on within her mind forever, as she was one who aided in forming it.

A pamphlet had been swept into the mailbox of the home belonging to Roswyn and Olivier Halcourt, a mailbox which typically did sit rather empty unless it was a delivery of eggs and feathers, or perhaps a student's work... but this time, it was far more interesting. A horrid gossip, Roswyn had been, all her life... but never a gossip on the topic of her family. It was her family that she never touched the topic of, no matter how terrible of a fight she would get into with Rothwin, no matter what words were exchanged with her 'unruly' niece, family was never something she publicly spoke ill of. Not her blood. So, upon reading such words spoken of the family she had aided so intensely in her youth, Roswyn fell conflicted. How thankful she was that her youngest of brother's name had been cleared... but what of the price spent to do such? It was not the worst of gossip... but it was still word that could be twisted into unyielding knots.

After having spent many hours at the side of that inky-haired duchess in her labors, assuring both her and the babe's health, it felt almost as though she had announced a curse upon the young Diane as she gazed upon the newly born girl. It was not unknown to Roswyn, the weight that would be set upon Diane's shoulders once more as this missive spread to the public, and that however much unease settled within the Duchess, the unease of the people would be worse until a boy was born, an heir.

Roswyn Halcourt looked upon the skillfully decorated interior of St. Godwinsburger with a proud smile, glad to finally be done with her hard work, and happy that her baby brother was finally doing something productive.

"How curious this all is... I wonder which one of them it is." Then, as Roswyn went about her day, she glanced about the streets to see if she might notice any particularly suspicious ladies-in-wait...

Roswyn Halcourt walked over to her brother's home within Alba, and simply walked in without a knock,"Rothwin, did you know that there are more Tibers? Did you meet these ones when you found Diane?"

Roswyn Halcourt looked upon that of her eldest brother's missive. Being of the Office of Medicine, the Matron of Alba, wife of the Prince's Institute's headmaster, and of course Aldor blood... this was all terribly appealing to her. "Nobody shall shine as brightly as he who is of the thrisun." Decided the woman.

In her study sorting through her letters, Roswyn Halcourt suddenly busted out in tears. Her head snapped off towards her husband as she dramatically flopped upon his shoulder so that she could wail out, "Oh, my baby brother is to be wed! To my dearest friend! Finally, it has been far to long! It is true, and real!"

Roswyn Halcourt, née Aldor, sat laboring over her abundance of paperwork within St. Edmonds when the news of such reached her. A relief, that such was finally set in stone, and she was now able to relax. Though it had been many years since she had been an Aldor by family name and crest, one would have to drain all of the blood from her body if they wished to revoke the pride that rest within her for her family. If she died tomorrow, she could rest well knowing that her sacrifices had were not for nothing.

Within the garden of The Prince's Institute sat it's headmaster's wife, Lady Matron Roswyn Halcourt, as she watched her children scurry about the grass. Soon, though, at the words of her husband she did turn back and look upon him with a hum. "...I shall attend... and offer them luck, as they will surely need it. There is a reason none but the Institute have thrived in years past."

The Matron of Alba read over this missive with a most peculiar conflict of thoughts; Perhaps if she had been contacted, the boy might have lived... Or, perhaps, her ongoing studies and longstanding theories might truly be correct. In the same breath, however, she would not blame a single person beneath the roof of that manor. If her own children had fallen so ill, she would be unsure of what to do with herself.
