We have NPC's there at the moment, but as for the moving villagers - GM's will be dressed up as them for events as well as spawning them around the town for atmosphere ~

It seems to me that the main obstacle is finding this location? There aren't many other elements listed here that suggest that there would be much struggle other than the collapse - would that be redstone? or GM'd?
