As roleplay region owner of Hiebenhall I accept this warclaim only if the following changes are made: Time for pillage is lowered to one hour if the enemies of Hiebenhall win the warclaim as we believe two hours is more than enough to take from the region and damage what they want. The time of the warclaim is Saturday February 28th 5:00 EST, this is negotiable but my main point is that the battle is next week rather than this one so we have ample time to prepare, also we're having a roleplay meeting this weekend so we'd like to roleplay unhindered but the main thing is ample time for us to prepare. ​All items in this location may not be transferred to another, starting now. August was given a speedy trial, where the state prosecution presented its case and August and appropriate accomplices and legal aids were allowed to present their defence. The Court of the Mountains was presided over by Sharr Irongut representing the Clergy, Thurland Grandaxe representing the Clans and Hogarth Irongut representing the Grand King. The Court of the Mountains, in its wisdom, found August guilty of the murder of Fili Grandaxe and attempted murder of Hogarth Irongut and Raknol Grandaxe. The plaintiff reasoned that within the Standing Inn his own laws are carried out, however, regardless of nation the murder of respected Dwarves and Thanes of the Grand Kingdom is an offense and the punishment is capital. August was executed shortly after the trail, the High Prophet reading him a last prayer as it occurred. Lord Regent Hogarth Irongut sits in the tavern of Kal'Karaad, Thane's and beardlings gathered around. Hogarth puts his foot forward, standing up ontop of the table. The Regent reads Kalenz's letter aloud to all of Urguan, his tone simple as he simultaneously smokes his pipe. As he finishes reading he crumples the letter and throws it into the nearby fireplace.
