      Yes, and it is good that it is out there, the thing is that people do need to tell their opinion, this is between the staff and I since I respect all of them I do not want any insults against them thats why I locked it.

      Since people start flaming, see it as preventing flaming

      @Ned Lud, that is not at all why I locked it, people forget the way he was demoted, he enver got a chance to say his side of the story, he now has and I locked it agianst insults or hurtfull comments, he deserves that
