  1. [[A later date on Friday would probably work, doesn't seem to be too much trouble at that time.]]
  2. I'm not making the lore for stuff, I'm too damn lazy and this is all silliness.

  3. While I do believe those reasons for stopping this warclaim were fine, some other form of conflict must arise. Now then, there could be multiple other forms of conflict that could pop up. The Teutons could do some diplomacy, and meet on diplomatic terms with the Dwarves, either with the Teutons surrendering or both sides agreeing to equal terms. Another thing that could happen would be the Teutons coming up with a quick conquest/pillage warclaim to fight back at the Dwarves during this period. However, if having this 30 day ban provides nothing for both sides, then it will be completely pointless. After this 30 day ban, the same thing will happen, except the warclaim will be on the borders of Hanseti, and with better lore. Some form of conflict must come out of this, or it will all be pointless.
  4. They're Orcs, and they have been cursed with bloodlest. Due to this nature, they're going to prominently be training for war, and building up their build to the best of their abilities. The most silliest thing to do would be try to beat an Orc in full diamond at one on one combat. You would only do that if you were highly qualified yourself, and I mean highly qualified. As I doubt most Orcs have stealth, an Elf would be at a sheer advantage if they used their nimbleness and stealthy abilities to down an Orc. Anyways, just a couple thoughts.
  5. [[simply put, without conflict of any sorts, role-play will not prevail. That is why the Kha mostly failed because they stuck to themselves in their jungle. That is why the Mori almost failed when they weren't providing enough conflict at one point. That is why, without any sort of positive, neutral, or negative conflict, role-play ceases to avail. If nobody can enter this pink mist but a select few or group, it is ceasing conflict of any kind. Whether that be positive conflict as in diplomatic talks or simple merchants looking to trade, or negative conflicts such as wars or bandits on the road. If there is no conflict, there is barely any role-play. Something must be done some way, with these suits, or without the suits.]] Edit: Forgot I need them OOC brackets

  7. Oh jeeze, them haters. They seem to be quite pissed off.

  8. ((Can't the Dwarves/Oren just get they're allies to take their boat to Cloud Temple lands? That way, either Dwarf allies can go past Roseus Aquila, and Oren Allies can go past Salvus. This may need a bit more clarification.)
  9. Clud sits down in his neat little room inside the Goldhand Mansion, reading this interesting and intriguing letter. Every single words he reads as he trails down the letter annoys Clud bit by bit. Clud takes a look inside his few chests, and is greatly displeased with the small amount of arrows he has stashed. As Clud readies himself for another trip to Kyral's palace, he mutters to himself a couple words. "Bah, t'em necromantic bastards! T'ey probably adorn t'emselves in fancy robes o' fine silk, an' 'ave t'em nice gold staffs! T'is be madness! T'ey go 'round stirrin' shtuff up, an' probably killin' fine people like we be! T'ey shall all die, and we'll take all te loot t'ey 'ave, all o' it!"
  10. While visitng Kal'Anart, Clud comes upon this intriguing piece of parchment. After reading this unexpected but decently amusing notice, Clud proceeds to run out to the town square, yelling loudly... "Down with t'e Teutons! T'ey 'ave diamond, an' I don't! T'is be madness, I want me loot! Kill t'em all I say, KILL T'EM ALL!"
  11. Why can't we all be friends and shoot arrows at eachother :S

I'm trying to think what the hell one would be good at. Because dwarves like ale, and goblins are smart, maybe they could be like inventing new types of alcohol! Ahaha XD

  13. Dwarf: Tyrion! Give me 25 more axes! My dwarf has spent 2650 years training axes! He deserves those skill boosts! Tyrion: Uh... okay then. /give 25 axes Orc: Mogroka! I just heard a dwarf has 125 axes! My Orc has slaughtered hundreds of parents with his mighty fists! Give me 75 wrestling Mogroka: Well that's absolutely silly, but I guess you can have the wrestling. /give 75 wrestling Dwarf: Tyrion! I just heard that... How it would all start. Oh how amusing that would be.
  14. Clud sits down at the tavern in Kal'Anart, thinking about a damn town. Waywoodtown to be exact. Clud then perks up, and goes on a rant inside the tavern, annoying anybody inside. "What be t'e way te solve t'is madness? T'ere be a pointless town in t'e middle o' nowhere, and I 'ave t'ought 'bout it over an' over! I could 'ave taken it over, an' put it te use as a town o' activity again, I even talked te Bazian 'bout it! Alas, it be out in t'e middle o' nowhere t'ough, and pointless te take it over. 'owever, it be scarrin' t'is land, an' flauntin' it's abandoned loot at me! I cannot stand t'is madness anymore! It must go down! I'll gather me some men, and it'll be gone within' an' elven week if problems do not bar me way! If any of ye in t'is tavern wish te assist meh, speak up now!" ((OOC: There is a seemingly pointless and inactive town north east of Kal'Anart (Link to the old charter here). I wished to take it over and put a new town in it's place, but that would have not solved any problem. However, I don't see why we can't just tear it down, and make the landscape a better place. If everything goes smoothly, it'll be down tomorrow (Bit soon, probably later). I've already left an NPC messenger there for 5 days, and sent a PM to every single resident in the town with IC and OOC parts. As suspected, they didn't respond. I talked to Respiren on the topic of reclaiming and tearing it down, and he found it fine. However, if a warclaim is really actually needed, then it will be posted and put up. Chances are though, a /modreq will be done within the week. Anyways, here's a few screenshots of the town below. If anybody has any problems, alert me immediately.))
  15. Why don't we bring back racial bonuses? We should allow races to put in about 25 extra credits in certain skills (Essentially, raising the skill cap by 25 for certain races). It would stop some races from becoming masters in what they shouldn't. Anyways, here's a rough idea of what skills would be assigned to each race. (Note: As in rough idea, I mean I'm just putting down some random skills that loosely make sense) Dwarf: Mining, Blacksmith, Axes, Excavation Orc: Wrestling, Axes, Swords, Blacksmith Elf: Herbalism, Stealth, Archery, Lumberjacking Human: Cooking, Fishing, Farming, Swords (Or possibly the ability to have 10 or 15 possible extra in each skill, due to Humans being the most diverse) A subrace subset of skills could be assigned, which would actually make a lot more sense. However, that'd be a bit more complicated/more work. Also, if a character has enough RP reasoning to have a skill cap raised a bit, then they could present evidence and do a /modreq to get it approved and fixed. Anyways, just an idea.
  16. I'd still like to see a system where you can master one skill only. It's just silly that we can have people who are master farmers/cooks, or master miners/blacksmiths who do not require anybody else for their trade. Absolutely no transaction occurs between a farmer and a cook this way, or a miner and a blacksmith. It needs to be addressed in some way.
  17. Do this. People should not be skilled in multiple random areas, as it makes no sense. How would a Knight, who has trained in the art of combat all his life, be mastered in two completely different skills with the 175 credits he has left over? Or how would a peasant farmer, be skilled with a sword, if he's lived as a slave off the land, knowing only to kill the odd beast that gets into his farm? It would also stop people from having skills coupled together like mining/blacksmithing. People need to stop overpowering their characters.
  18. (1 Elven week jail time is what would be needed. That'd put them in their place :D)
  19. (On another note, I personally think the Oren Guard should be brought back. Despite the fact that half of them were annoying as hell and complete noobs, they got the job done. Have at least 5 of them in Arethor at any one time, and problem solved. Known roof jumpers would not be let inside, and if people were caught on the roofs, the guard would team up and catch these people. Seems like a decently fine solution, and it'll give the knights a break.)
  20. (Well, telling people not to go on the roofs of buildings will get them to do it even more. The best solution would be just to ignore them, and if they're doing anything bad just imprison them.)
  21. Clud reads this note, and thinks how wonderful it would be to add to his other discs. Clud pins another note below the auction note. "I bid 6000 minas fer t'is disc!"
  22. CHHHHHHHHHHHHHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEFFFFFFFFFFFF! WE NEED YOU!

  23. Clud reads the note, then thinks for a bit. "If I could get me hands on some o' t'is mage gold, it'd seem te be very valuable..." Clud doesn't leave a reply, and goes on his way.
  24. ((Well, I like Uthors idea, and seeing as people would like a Friday or Saturday battle, why don't we plan two Skirmishes on Saturday? One for some timezones, and another for the other ones. That way everybody can be happy :D))
