@Maru, I can relate to your disagreement. It's beyond frustrating. I was in the same situation when a few rotten GMs entered the team last year. No matter what, there will be disagreement. I'm sorry it has to be you to be disagreeing. Fact is, we should always leave a little room for doubt, because maybe you're right. I'm encouraging you to not have so much doubt that you'd be too stubborn from changing. I did that, and ended up looking like a fool.

@Cyndikate, who said we won't do anything about it? I personally listen because I care. Complaining on the other hand hinders listening, and so far, all I've heard is complaining with no specifics as to why the complaints are made.

@goldeagle, Definitely. It can be risky, but if we don't actually experiment and explore our options, we're going nowhere. I know what you mean by that, and it's alright. I want to make my point clear, because every time there's a promotion/demotion in any part of the staff, there are complaints. Of course, this will never change. :P
