    I was not aware that Global Moderators were given the power to deny villain applications without being on the VAT.

      Gms, can most definitely deny a VA. They can also revoke VAs.

      GM position = App team, Forum moderator, and VA team as well as Server moderator all rolled into one.

      Shouldn't the application reflect that? Some GMs haven't even been villains. What if they can't judge well enough?
