As soon as the basic plugins are upgraded to 1.8, since Microsoft bought MC and took down bukkit, but Sponge released it's first stable version so the coders should start working on updating their own custom plugins to 1.8 (Though I doubt they are)

I think they need to raise it, so that people have something to work for, because once you get 250 in a skill the only thing left is to either learn all the advanced RP, or advance another skill

See this is where people mistake the plugin. It keeps players online, and thus when players are online doing a job it creates immersion for people walking around. For a traveler to see a guy cutting down trees just outside a lumbermill creates great immersion. By staying online cutting trees you can RP with any passerbys, and it creates a unique RP that allows you to RP as a lumberjack, or RP trading wares to people. You also have your schedualed trading routes with others regarding wood ship...
