      Yeah, I've heard mixed answers. Some are alright with it, others want them all out of the world. I know Cappy said that nobody should have any, so I'm unsure as well.

      You could mod request a chest and then try your luck at lockpicking.

      There is a seperate VA number for lockpicking, which isnt for Minor VA's, which I assume Lego only has a minor one if he was looking for unlocked chests.
