What are the various colours an orc can be, aside from the typical "Lime Green" to "Forest Ivy". Like, can orcs be brown? I've seen white and red ones near CT before.

You can be any colour, but weird and bright colours get shunned. I mean green is the typical colour. You could also go greyish, or brownish. There really isn't any glory in being a strangely coloured orc. The novelty for you dies off pretty quickly, and people dislike it. Not to mention, it's been done many times.
