Yes, electricity has to do with the movement of electrons between atoms. Edit: I'll ask again, how much about electrons and charged ions would a mage need to know (no matter how basic) before they are capable of electrical evocation? Just like the other 'elements', they'd need to learn how it is created.

Small error, at the beginning of "Progression over time:" You said telekinesis instead of electrical evocation. :) Edit: Also, a few questions. How would a mage go about learning how to manipulate electrical fields? Like learning what creates fire, etc. Surely they would have to learn how lightning is created? And when you mention lightning strikes from the sky, do you mean when clouds are present? If so, would that mean they would also need to figure out how to manipulate the positive and negative charges in the cloud? Not only manipulate the charges, but also manipulate it correctly, like negative on the bottom and positive on the top? That is all, thank you.

Great. My character was self taught for about 50 years IC (Since December)... I have no screenshots of him learning any of this because I didn't think I had to.. He obviously had some teachers here and there, but most of the things my character learned was from talking to many people and reading real IG books. Uhm.. I do think that I am screwed.
