will it ever be possible for lotc to fix the problem when copy pasting text from google doc into forum posts?

Actually there is no problem with google doc copy pasting, the reason why it's black text is cause it's black text in your google doc. Change the text colour to what you want it to be on the document (it helps to change the page background via the file option) and copy/paste it, it works that way.
