During the forum change the formatting got fucked, and it's not updated to recent, and it only includes continent transitions, but meh.

The attackers can have constant supply aiding them thus letting them stay for as long as possible. The defenders start to deplete in resources, suffer through dehydration, and diseases. Defenders should have the limit here.

I think the problem is that we treat sieges like field battles.
