      You can attempt to kill but they will tp despawn in exchange for a surprise. Also, they sometimes metagame, because they somehow know what race you are... (Hooded people or half breeds)

    The fact that the takes full responisbility, Shows remorse, and offers to have himself banned or stripped of gm show's that he should stay. I vote to keep him as gm.
