There, take the ship to the Cloud temple. The ship will dock at the far west of the dock, after which you'll have to walk to the east a little. You will see a sign, saying "Kal'Alras <-------" Take the path, and go into the small boat with the blue-yellow sails. This wil take you to Kal'Alras. Once there, go left before entering the gate, and take the tunnel through the Lion's Arch. At the end of the Arch, take the left stairs down. You will see the Estate from there.
