THE ICC As the eco friendly mandates begin to take place across the land of the confederation, it is expected that pollution rates will drop greatly, and approval ratings are expected to swell for the government as it settles in. The people of Thailand are assured they will maintain a completely equal standing among the other former nations of the federation, now split into 'States'. Each state will maintain two delegates elected by the people, who will work in the form of a constitutional monarchy. A vote will occur every ((10 pages)) and any citizens born in the ICC's boundaries above the age of 21 can run for the office of President. Under the new robotic workforce, where not only are accidents few and far between, but when they do occur they are of little consequence; The economy is thriving and the people are now nearly all in jobs such as education, the sciences and research, going through the education system, or simply working for the government or military. It is expected that the nations education levels are rising to all time highs. ((Pok please)) Due to the economy's growth, the ICC begins sending even more materials to the European continent, distributing it throughout all the nations as equally as possible. A route is created oversea specifically for the purpose of aid, and a line of ships from the ICC and many other nations travels round the world over to Europe, massive amounts of supply's flowing in every single day. All nations effected are offered a helping hand, in any form they require and are told they simply must ask if they need anything. Work on the military drones progresses as expected and is planned to become finish and operational in a few years, at which time prototypes for all sectors of the military will be completed. They will then await testing and refinement, then mass production before any real forms of deployment. It is expected that though these will be revolutionary forms of warfare, removing human death and involvement beyond the basis of control as the A.I. systems will be very advanced and capable of dealing with most situations on their own. However, these robots will not be perfect. The ICC is prepared to deal with quirks, bugs, errors, and possible collateral damage. They are not an exact science yet, but one they plan to develop into a near perfect machine in the future. Prototypes will be finished in ((6 Pages)) Utilizing the technology provided by the Japanese alliance, the Indochinese prepare their own fledgling space program. As the workforce is diverted into technological and research fields, it is expected this will not take as long, especially with the aid of already existing Japanese technology. Plans are to establish a mars colony, hopefully near enough the poles to access frozen water and near enough the equator to avoid ice cold temperatures. The construction is expected to take a very long time, as the ship being created is one of very large size and will be designed to carry 1 million people, as well as a massive amount of food and resources for constructing a true mars colony. At the same time, the people are commissioned to begin research on terraforming technology capable of converting an atmosphere into something breathable, non-toxic, and hopefully less volatile. THE ICC The ICC congratulates the efforts of all the space-faring nations as a progress of humanity as a whole. Gifts of the most valuable of gems acquired from some of the newly constructed mines are sent to the British and Japanese alike. Large ruby's, sapphire, and Spinel gemstones are delivered. Trade request's are sent yet again to the nations of Britain, Germany, China, The South American Federation, and the CSA. The government puts in place three new Eco friendly mandates, as the recent research into the minds of the people has discovered that many support and advocate for a more environmentally friendly nation. Firstly, all new and existing buildings capable of carrying them on their rooftops, are required to implement a garden of some sort to their design. This will reduce pollution, naturally cool buildings, reducing energy usage, as well as provide a more oxygenated environment. Secondly, all nuclear, gas, and coal powerplants are to be decommissioned as soon as possible without destabilizing the nations electricity. Third, as the nation rids itself of polluting forms of energy, they will begin to phase in fully environmentally friendly forms of energy, such as hydro, geothermal, solar, and wind power. All told, it is expected to take three to four years to finish everything. ((5 pages)) The Russians are condemn by the ICC for their failure to stabilize and maintain the reactors, and putting Europe in a nuclear fallout. Aid in the form of clothes, food, and other essentials are sent to the European country's affected in hopes that this will inspire the rest of the world to do the same and support each other not on the basis of nationality and political bullshit, but that we are all humans, and should endeavor to support each other in times of crisis. Once again, the ICC beings more talks with Thailand in hopes of convincing them to join the confederation. "The people of the confederation are a happy people, one brought together by the intrinsic value of human life. We believe that we came together because we had to, in order to survive in the ever so dangerous world we live in, and we believe we did it because it was also the right thing to do. So we ask the people of Thailand to seriously consider, are in a favorable position? Is your standing among the world one of great prowess? The benefits of joining our confederation are many, and we pray you will make the right decision." ((POK PLEASE)) The design's and testing for the robotic implementation into the workforce and beating out of human effort in manual tasks is nearly completed. All that remains are to actually put the new robotic workers into the jobs. ((Next Page)) This will shore up vasts amount of human resources for the ICC. The now jobless will soon find themselves jobs however. Plans to revert the workforce into more noble pursuits has begun. Musashi, the leader of a nation which is beginning to become very glad for the coup, plans to create a system which puts those who are older than 18 and formerly in the workforce into a secondary education system, to raise them to more standard levels of intelligence and the like. Nearly all of the population will begin to filter out of manual labor and into either the fields of education, the sciences and technology, or economic related jobs. ((2 Pages)) At the same time, the government will fund the creation of new jobs in these fields with the wealth of the newly exploited natural resources and trade with japan. The education system is now reformed, and implemented into schools nationwide. While this serves to place the ICC's ranking among the other nations much higher in education and intelligence, they are certainly not number one. Work continues of creating military robots capable of replacing the majority of the military. However, it is discovered that this may take much longer than expected. Progress proceeds at a slower rate than previously calculated, and the Japanese technology flooding into the system has also served to lengthen it as implementation will take some time. It is expected to take up a few more years for the project to progress further. ((8 pages)) However, prototype designs are already in place. Mobile Artillery capable of firing upto 50 miles away, working in co-operation with satellite targeting systems. Recon units, forward infantry, and snipers all under one modifiable robotic template. (Left) Amphibious assault unit (Center) Command unit (Right) Mobile infantry support and resupply unit Finally, as a tribute to the Japanese and a further sign of friendship, a robot capable of surviving and policing the void of space, or the barren face of a new planet is also put into design and planned to be turned over to the Japanese as soon as it is functional. The economy is beginning to flourish and boom under the new use of natural resources, and happiness is at an all time high with the new government improving largely upon the issues the people deem to be the largest of all. Research continues into psychology, philosophy and other fields to bring people together. Progress is also made on earth cyclical systems, and is expected to make some real headway in the coming years. ((5 pages)) The ICC also graciously accepts the Japanese offer to join the eastern BLOC.

As the puissant leaders of the formidable nations of the day awake, they find on their desks the daily report of the going on's of the world. Rummaging through, they find in perhaps the third or fourth file something of import. The header might read, "ICC (IndoChinese Confederation) Undergo's Massive Political Coup". Some of the commander in chiefs who display more ignorance and contempt for the smaller of nations might pass the document by, disregarding a nation this small as being of any particular magnitude in the scheme of global and galactic operations. However, these leaders will find that the takeover was more than something of mere interest, but of global importance. The ICC was formed under the idea of necessity to consolidate power in order to survive in a world where resources were scarce, while their economy was individually inadequate for competing and succeeding among the other space faring nations. This worked thus far, but a serious setback in the fact that they have rather limited space and therefor, could support only a smaller population. The new party sought to return to these ideals, from which the past government was straying to a militant, war focused power. The first action of the newly appointed leader, a Miyamoto Musashi, an immigrant of Japanese heritage, was to begin the improvement on his country. Musashi did this in a number of ways. The budget plan was revised and funding was reverted mainly to improving the education, the sciences/technology, economic power, as well as social reform and management. A plan was put in place to completely redevelop how education was dealt with in the country. (1 page?) In order to boost the economy of the ICC, Musashi knew that he required two things. Valuable commodity's, and trading partners. The main resources that have fueled the economy in the past have been the rich deposits of natural resources and REE (Rare earth elements) as well as timber, and offshore oil. However, over exploitation of timber has cut the forests low, and under exploitation caused by the lack of searching for more minerals and oil, has caused it to be largely unused. Edicts are set to begin reforestation, as well as using the oil and mineral deposits of the nation to the maximum. Yet still, the ICC required partners. Envoys are sent to the nations of China, Japan, India, CSA, Dominion, British, and the Germans. These government officials will attempt to initiate trade, and set about the new mantra of the ICC. A nation wishing to avoid war and the degradation of the planet. The envoy sent to Japan however, carries a special message. "The ICC is under new management. We wish to establish a power capable of surviving in today's turbulent environment, and would be pleased to remain at peace and on friendly terms with a great nation such as yours. Therefor, we extend our hand in co-operation in any and all situations, and offer a trade pact, and a defensive as well as mutually economically and technologically beneficial alliance. The ICC and its people wish the great nation of Japan peace and well being" However, Musashi makes vast reforms in other areas to. The past government had done little to stabilize, increase, and properly secure the nations safety. As such, Thailand is contacted and presented with a comprehensive list of reasons as to why they should join the ICC. Largely based on the same ideals as what it was once formed upon, it is hoped that the people of Thailand will realize the benefit of the Confederation, and will be willing to join. Failing this, the ICC is prepared to begin propaganda campaigns throughout the nation, cripple their economy through a naval blockade, and infiltrate the political system. (Mod please) Income of the nation now reverted in the majority to education, economy, and technology, it is hoped that the ICC will be able to become a nation on par with the education of the world. Technology is Musashi's other large concern. The scientists of the nation are called upon to focus on three subjects. The first, Initiative Mechanization. This is so named as it is the effort to produce new robotic technology's to completely control, maintain, and produce more of themselves. These near self controlled robots will only be influenced by humans through a control structure similar to the military in which the they are each separated into divisions of a thousand, each with a small team of managers. However, they will not be militant in any form. The initiative, at this point in time, is to completely replace human effort in the economic and production fields. Robots are planned to be placed in all manual labor divisions, and with time replace humans in the less complex of intellectual fields. (3 pages) Secondly, the outdated military is to be re-imagined. The squints will be directed to do essentially the same as they are with the labor divisions. Existing technology of the ICC military is not on par with that of larger nations. Most importantly, automation of the military and attempts to remove human involvement from the war efforts are expected. New robotic counterparts to the military are to be developed, such as recon, artillery, amphibian, sea, etc. (5 pages) Finally, research for social reform is imperative. The ICC will attempt to research psychology, philosophy, and environmental sciences. The effort will be continual throughout the existence of the ICC. The real goal, is the betterment of humanity as a whole, and the preservation of the earth in its most natural and sustainable form. Research will be attempting to find non violent forms of bringing humanity together, ways to solve our issues through diplomacy and words, not guns and screams. The other effort of the research, is the stabilization of the earth. Research is focusing mostly on how the earth works in cycles, how the the resources we exploit are used in a system which produces more of them, just not fast enough. Exploitation and improvement of these natural cycles will of great importance. (Never really stops, its an ongoing effort.) As his last action, Musashi himself responds to the the Chinese convention by boarding a plane immediately, sending word that he will be arriving in person shortly, bringing no forms of protection as a statement of peace and trust to other nations. (Please let me know if I've any issues such as length of projects or otherwise, this is one of the few of these types of things I've done.)

((Sorry for being a bit late on that, life...)) Alaex'da Smirking lightly at the half breed offering him work, asking his credential's alaex leaned forward, placing his hands on the desk and stating "Well now, you realize I am the smartest living thing, no?" Knowing that he could easily surpass any of these maggots that surrounded him, at least mentally, alaex was sure he would have no trouble dealing with whatever the owners name was. The little half breed. Alaex almost felt bad for his unfortunate heritage, but then again if he were a true protorian he would allow himself taken in by the rest of the society and be truly integrated, stripped of his golden skin and accented voice...and of this world... That was of course his ultimate goal, surrounded by the likes of these filth. To leave. To go and finally put his mind to use in a world other than that of a scummy backwater planet of pirates or of a escaped pod from a nonexistent planet. And...and to maybe find anyone else who survived the destruction of his world. Ok, well being that I just murdered every perruvian out there, because I couldent find the joy in playing them...I made a new app! ((Being that I have most obviously not been playing, I've decided to destroy the perruvians. I disliked them. Highly.)) The men on the mountain had thought they'd found the key to expansion. The key to continued life. Little did they know, tapping into the 5 or so fuel cans left, pumping up one of the three helicopters found on the airfield full of the stuff was bad enough an idea. The worst of it, was when they attempted to fly it. Right into the side of the mountain. This subsequently caused a truly massive rock slide, a thunderous sound echoing through out the forests as massive boulders came down upon the city's and villages sitting in the shadow of the great mountain. All was laid to ruin, destroyed and crushed. Thousands died. Thousands screamed, ran, and were crushed. The men on top of the mountain threw themselves off, unable to face themselves with what they had done. The oh so few survivors of the terrible disaster simply wandered away, their family's, nation, and life crushed. They had nothing. They wandered, disheartened and falling from many a different death.

Alaex'da A hint of a smirk appears on Alaex's face, hearing the long disposed of greeting. Comforting as it was, Alaex did disapprove of a Protorian-Tintra. He would make no quarrel of it in such a terrible potion as it was, but he would knew he would have to respect the other...thing. "En Horare Remvate, brother. Scanning the room once again as he awaited the half breeds reply, he was surprised by the utter savagery of the games played on this planet. While he would have to make due here, he truly hated it. Cutting of fingers, bribery, treachery...drugs. Everything was wrong here, but at the least he knew he would have not trouble procuring new clothing, and the parts needed to make...well, anything. Glancing his eyes back to the, as he had decided to name it 'Protra', he began to study its face, body, and posture in detail. It seemed honorable to an extent, and for its most likely feral nature, quiet civilized. A shame that a Protorian would breed with such a lesser race. A fantastic way to keep the peace. He noticed that the protra was obviously well learned. He must own the establishment. Hopefully, he would be let in on the premise of his race alone, or otherwise he'd need to bargain...perhaps the human behind him...

Alaex'da Having noticed the opening of the door, but no caring of it, Alaex knew it was human as soon as his stench entered the room. With the clerk still staring at the computer, apparently incapable of using it the man took position behind him...promptly knocking over the posters, littering them across the floor. Alaex turned slowly, looking down upon the human, one hand remaining on the counter he raked his eyes across him intensely, knowing it had to be at least somewhat intimating, due in the least to his sheer size. Alaex stared at him for a minute, before slowly and quietly saying "Pick it up. Now." Alaex then quickly turned him self back, looking at the clerk as the tail of his cloak flew out behind him, most likely grazing the mans legs. Alaex was unsure what the man wanted, but he knew that he was probably just as poor as himself. How he intended to acquire a room he did not know, but get one he would. Not to mention that from what he had observed Alaex was quiet sure that there wasn't any form of police force, so he could do as he pleased. Which first all meant getting a room, then money, protection, and finally a way of this abhorred place. Again looking to the clerk, urging her to speed up her attempts "I've business to attend. I'd appreciate it if you could finish" Alaex says in a condescending tone.

Alaex'da Alaex walked through the streets, towering above all to a certain degree. He could tell by simply looking at any of the men in these streets that they were not educated, nor would they ever be. A shame, that human life could be wasted so simply. Sadly, his only clothes were that of his golden formal robes. He did truly stand out from the other ilfe on this plant, walking against the flow of people who seemed to part in some form of respect, or for that matter disrespect towards him. Mugging was a possibility, so Alaex was actively seeking out a 'nicer' place to stay. Moving towards the center of this grotesque city, a slightly lessened stench hit Alaex's face, which while not entirely pleasent was a relief from the truly horrid smell farther out. Looking around, moving his eyes and not his head, hands interlocked in his robes, held in front of him Alaex finally spotted a semi-respectable looking establishment, slowly making his way towards the lessening crowds, which seemed to start to retain a small form of class and dignity this far in the city. Entering the dully named 'Gold Inn' a 5 story, ugly and unfitting brick building. Alaex eased as the stench of the city was eluded in the building, replaced by that of synthetic lemon. Looking left and right, slowly surveying the room and noting every detail Alaex then walked to the marble topped counter, which was filled to the brim with brouchers, vouchers, and ad's all clawing for the attention of a simpleton. "Excuse me?" The young Tintra clerk, who had been engrossed in her computer turned to Alaex, looking him over quickly before squeaking "Can I help you?" ((I assume that is how you would like me to handle these situations?))
