Well the first problem is that you're using McAfee. In all seriousness, if the music went away then chances are you're fine, but if you're that worried I would run a scan with Malwarebytes or Spybot Search & Destroy. I would also look into getting a better antivirus such as AVG or Avast!

Get malwarebytes. It's a great anti-malware/adware program. It also gives you about a 2 week free trial.
