He was human, but among elves. When Geldion took his first steps, he was human, but was among elves. When Geldion first learned how to use a bow, he was human, but was among elves. Everything that happened in Geldion's childhood was as a human, but he was among elves. Geldion was born in the jungle, and elves found him at the door of an elven treehouse. They raised him, teaching him archery, as well as many other subjects. Geldion was 16 when he departed from the elves. He had never even seen another human, so he set out to explore the wild for people with food, a bow, and some leather armor and a stone sword from the elves. Geldion could see a town out on a hill in the horizon, and he ran toward it excitedly, but tripped and broke his leg. Bandits saw him while sneaking down the road, and beat him and took all of his stuff. Geldion laid there moaning until an old man found him and took him in and cared for him. Everyone excepted him in the town, and loved him, so 10 years after living in the town, he set out to join the Emerald Knights, wanting to help people as the people from the small town did. Ambitions for the Future:[/b] Geldion wants to join the Emerald Knights. Personality:[/b] Friendly and helping to everyone, he is a strong-hearted man, who will do anything to protect his loved ones. He will never back down from a fight. Skills:[/b] He's learned sword fighting from a man in the village, and learned archery from the elves. Whilst in the mighty human capital you notice a dark-clothed figure stealthily making his way towards the Emperor’s palace - he is clearly up to no good. There are guards within shouting distance - what do you do?[/b] Answer: *I walk up behind him and grab his shoulder.* "You, what is your business here?" I ask. "I was just on my way back to my house." he answers innocently as he pushes something deeper into his pocket. "What's that in your pocket?" I ask suspiciously. "Umm... food." he answers nervously. *I wrestle his rough leather jacket off of him, and diamonds and gold fall out of the pocket.* The man is obviously poor, he's then, has long fingernails, and his clothes are torn and rough, so I know they aren't his treasures. "GUARDS! Thief!" I yell as he dashes off. *I chase after him and shoot him in the leg, not killing him, but hurting his leg so he can't move. "Take this scum away." I say as the guards drag him off. [b]2. Whilst wandering in the deep oak forest you come across a large clearing, in which sits a small cobbled cottage. Outside it stands an unstable old man armed with a small iron blade, surrounded by two heavily armed bandits - they appear to be threatening him. You are armed with leather armour and an iron longsword, how do you react?[/b] Answer: "Hey losers, picking on a helpless old man? Back off." I say as I walk into the clearing. "What are you gonna do about it?" they say smugly. *I throw a chunk of wood at them.* "Really? That's all you've got?" they laugh. *I shoot an arrow in one of their legs, just denting the armor.* "Ok, let's deal with this punk." they say as they start to chase after me. *I dash through the woods, and climb up a tree.* "Where did he go!?" one of them yells. "Keep going, he's probably faster then us." says the other as they keeps running. *I climb down from the tree, go get the old man, and I take him away from the house so the bandits can't find him.* [b]3. You are standing within the mighty human capital when you notice a small man standing behind a colourful stall. You approach the stall and notice that the man is selling a variety of general goods - he says that he is selling just about anything and that he has no set prices. He is willing to allow you to haggle and choose prices. What do you do? (Explain: your haggling, items of choice and the discussion that happens).[/b] Answer: "Hey man, what will you buy?" the shop owner says. "I'll buy some food, some water, and some arrows." I answer back. "I'll give you... $75 for it." the shop owner says. (Sorry if the price is WAY wrong, I don't know how the price system works in LotC.) "I guess that'll work." I say. "What's happened with you lately?" the guy says as he's getting my stuff. "I've been out exploring some." I answer. "Run into any bandits?" the owner asks. "2, they were trying to rob an old man." I say disgustingly. "Mmm mm mm..." he says sadly. "People are just sad these days." "I know, they had plenty of stuff, probably from stealing, but robbing a helpless old man? It's just lame." I say. "I hear you, anyways, here is your stuff!" the owner says. "Thanks." I say as I leave a tip as I walk away.
