    the most severe ban length should be a month, for the most heinous crime, there needs to be some serious community discourse about ban length. if you've ever been banned you know that it doesn't take a month for the gravity of your actions to take hold, in fact most of the times a simple warning is more than enough to put you off from ever doing some similar. And please don't give me a comparison to real life justice, this is a minecraft server, no one is gonna sit around in a cell contemplating their miniscule and insignificant actions on a MC server.

      I'm just tryna have a normal conversation about this, thought this was legit because in the past you've expressed a desire for the perma ban to be returned.

      but raomir how does the duped **** even apply as an example considering we didn't dupe it, and actually reported it to the gms. The gm we interacted with told us to keep it and then someone broke in and reported us again to the bias mod *supremacyops* to get us banned for like 15 minutes

      Maybe my memory is a bit muddled, but from what I recall, we found the dupe gear, and we were split on reporting it to GMs or keeping it to yourselves. I was always under the impression that we decided to keep it for ourselves, and then some Flay or ET checked our chests or something and reported it to SupremacyOps. If we did report it, then you're right it doesn't apply to what we did. But regardless, I was just attempting to connect it to something personal so that Niccum understood it better. I still think that perma banning someone isn't right, if I have some time later, I'll dig through some old ban appeals and see which guys were perma banned, and see which of them are still around.
