So I decided to PK a character a while back after she was tortured. I now wish I could keep playing her, seeing she was a very fun char. Am I able to do so, or no?
The answer is no. :/ Unless you can RPly get some sort of mage or something to revive her, which tends to be a lot of work. You can't bring characters back from the dead.
