Cappy's merit of being promoted to admin was that he follows rules to a tee. Surely recent events have proven he is just as impulsive and prone to acting without consideration for any rules actually being broken as any other?

Surely people knew that spamming a member of the Admin staff as a prank would result in punishment, even if as short lived as 6 hours.
Had people in multiple TS's talking about spamming the GM as prank JUST to annoy.
