why is the server down?

i know who mojang is but how is it their fault?
It's not really their fault I guess, but their servers for all clients under 1.7 are going hay wire.
i dont get it i got on but why can no one see me?

Once your server application has been moved to "Implemented Applications", you will be ready to join the server and roleplay with the rest of us. :)
