What’s your character called?: - Hale Grandaxe What race are they (and sub-race)?: - Mountain Dwarf What sex are they?: - Male How old are they?: - 110 Give us a brief description of their life - their story, childhood, family (Include server lore when writing): - He leaned down and went to pick up his axe, when he suddenly hears shouting, he looked up and saw his brother Torrhen as he shouted “MUDDER SAYS GIT ENSOIDE!” It was in the middle of the day and they had many hours left before dark, but before he could question Torrhen one of his other brothers grabbed his arm and pulled him along. He dared not question him now nothing this odd ever happened unless it was important, he walked through the door to find all his siblings already there. Mother told them to get down into the tunnel and so they obeyed, still carrying whatever they had in their hands at the time, mother looked frightened as if something was really wrong but he didn’t pursue the matter and followed his siblings down the tunnel. At the end of the tunnel laid a panic room where they hid whenever events such as a storm occurred, it was laden with provisions enough to hold out a month or two. He had huddled with his other brothers, sat down, and waited. It had been what seemed like an hour when they heard a crash and a scream from the direction of the tunnel’s entrance. His elder brothers longed to jump up and go to see what was going on but they knew it was a bad idea, the sound of crashing plates and glass was echoing through the tunnel. Suddenly an orange light flickered from the end of the tunnel and then the sound of crackling became evident, whatever it was that came to their house was burning it down! He watched one brother get pinned down by one of his older brothers; Verrik. Around an hour later they deemed it safe to go to the surface, one by one they scaled the ladder; eager to see what had happened and the fate of their mother. Upon reaching the surface he blinked, he couldn’t believe his eyes, the raiders had burned there house to the ground and pillaged everything they owned. He watched his siblings search for their mother but to no avail. A minitue had passed and suddenly a CRACK sounded, he spun around to find an Orc on top of Torrhen while the raid party had spread out and ran to catch all of them they could. A large orc lunged at him but before he could react a hard hand grabbed his collar and heaved him over his shoulder and bolted away from the scene, he looked to his side and saw his eldest brother Ulfric had saved him and was running into the nearby forest. It had been many years living alone with his brothers: Ulfric, Verrik, and Nolthock who had escaped with him. They had dug a small hole into the side of a small mountain and lived there for a time they did not yet know, they vowed to one day get revenge and to find their father. After all the years they had spent preparing for what may be an endless journey they set out to find their kin. What are they like (personality)?: - he is very optimistic most of the time and will follow his brothers wherer ever they go, he always longed to be off in the grand dwarven capitol, to be with his kin, beyond just his siblings and parents. What are their ambitions?: - his main ambition is to meet with more of his family and to find out what happened the day his home was taken from him, but also to train in the mighty Dwarven Legion and improve his axe. Do they have any special skills?: - his main skill is hunting, he had often gone with his brothers on hunts as he had often found their trail where his siblings might have lost it, he has some skill with an axe but does not match that of his older brothers.
