    Uh, so I read a recent Ban report and it has no attempt to resolve the situation, shouldn't it just be closed immediately?

      Failing to 'resolve the situation' does not inherently discredit a ban report. If someone has blatantly broken rules it doesn't really matter whether you settle it or not, they should be banned. The 'settling it' bit is for the situations where it's not cut and dry that someone was breaking rules or if they didn't mean to break rules and are willing to work it out/compensate the victim. If someone's hacking, for example, it's not necessary.

    Every time I robbed someone, the same stuff would happen, it got to the point were I could predict everything they were gonna say and reply perfectly, long story short, I got their pixels
