It disturbs me and it makes me feel comfortable that the Server is also against cybering in order to make a safe enviornment. You will not be denied for having a question on the rules):- I feel pretty clear about the rules, though I was wondering what I should do if someone makes me feel uncomfortable and puts me in a situation that may lead to cybering. What is roleplaying?: - Role playing is stepping into the shoes of a character of your own creation. You can be a human or you can be something else. You act out as the character would and not how you would and live out their life more or less. What’s metagaming?: - Using ooc information for an ic advantage, or bring ic hate into ooc. What’s powergaming?: - Forcing a person into a situation in role play without their response. Like automatically killing someone without attempting to. In-Character Information Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that you follow lore. Most lore can be found on our wiki.): - Lance is the bastard half brother of Ehrick Elderon (Raelplayer and I have permission from him to be his brother in game). Whilst Ehrick grew up in Herendul, Lance did not have a father figure in his life most of the time. His mother was a street wench in Abresi. Growing up, money was short so he was expected to take on odd-ball jobs such as cleaning up in the 'Captured Kha' to make ends meet. When the mortal races went to The Fringe, Lance lost trace of his mother. Her current whereabouts or fate is unknown. What he was left with was a bit of knowledge on who his father was and what surname to look for. The young Lance, using his street smarts, began his journey to meet with the family he never got to know in hopes that his mother would be wherever they were. What are they like? (personality): - Lance is fairly laid back. Having grown up in poverty he's pretty used to it and has more or less accepted his fate. Even though he only had his mother, he could be called a family man as he always would try to step up to fill in the stereotypical role of 'the man' in their two person household. Lance is fairly religious and prays each night to meet his mother again. What are their ambitions?: - Lance hopes to meet with the other Elderons. He in actuality doesn't have any current goals other than reuniting with his mother and meeting his other family but that doesn't mean he won't have future ambitions. He's still fairly young. Do they have any special skills? What are their weaknesses? (Try to list a few of both): - Lance is a jack of trades. He can cut wood for firewood but he'd probably kill himself chopping down a mighty spruce tree. He can fish for him and his mother but he's prone to getting 'skunked' every other day. He's by no means a weakling but he's never had any prior military service. One thing that does stand out for him and his will power and common sense. Give us a description of how they look?: - Lance lacks any facial hair. His has short orange hair on his head with green eyes. He stands at 5'7 with a lean body, perhaps a bit skinnier than he should be. His clothes are a bit tattered but are surprisingly well kept for someone of his place in society.
