You move your mouse onto the area where the picture should be, (On your account page mind you) There is a edit button, click it, and select your picture~

you know how when you post things, over your picture, there is something written there, like 'Tree Puncher' or 'aquiring minas'. now, I noticed alot of people have it customized... how do you do that?
