What is Roleplaying?: Roleplaying is when you assume the identity of a fictional character and use an appropriate behavior to properly realize that character. For example, as stated in the wiki, "Elves should be as literate as possible and quite refined"
What is Metagaming?: Metagaming relates to the act of using information acquired Out Of Character and applying it to an in-character situation. Eg, asking your friend where they are so you can assist them in a fight / Asking your friend to come help you in a fight.

Biography: Thomas hails from The Holy Orenian Empire, having both been born and raised within its land. Thomas was born to Leslaw Woodlaw and maid Illinith Abler-Woodlaw. Thomas grew up favoring the company of his mother and as a result was more familiar with being proper, like his mother, rather than being adjusted to hard work such as his father. He has had a rather mundane life growing up, no exceptions. Thomas becomes an elder brother at the age of twelve upon the birth of his sister, who was born to the same mother and father. Thomas eventually grew to an age of maturity and was forced by himself and the pressuring of his family to instead adjust to employment opportunities and began assisting his father as an apprentice. Thomas took to the books of his father, organizing dates and details for his father's work which eased his workload. This was the spark that would have Thomas become interested in literature, surprisingly liking to assist his father in managing his books and work logs. Recently, following the tragic death of his father who had become ill over the years Thomas has been forced out of employment and must now seek work elsewhere so that he can continue to financially support what is left of his family.
Personality Traits: Stubborn, Proud, Diligent, Ambitious, Zealous
Ambitions: Thomas is by nature an ambitious man. Once he achieves the satisfaction of one ambition he will no doubt find an equal or greater ambition to take its place. Thomas currently wishes to amass wealth and begin to form the foundations of his own mercantile organization. All of this is with the intent to improve his socio-economic status and become associated with a more wealthy and dignified crowd. Thomas' secondary ambition as of right now, although likely a stepping stone to achieve his primary, is to increase and better his education in relation to commerce.
Strengths/Talents: His ability to learn and adopt new knowledge, comprehend and produce literature.
Weaknesses/Inabilities: Thomas is not at all familiar with trades and has a poor wealth of knowledge regarding blacksmithing, carpentry, farming and other hard labor professions.
Appearance: Thomas has an average filled out build for a man of his age and race. He suffers from no deformities or abnormalities and therefore is considered 'normal' in regard to his physique. He stands proudly at a height of 5'7. Thomas has a light brown colored hair which is consistent throughout his body and due to his age is not yet suffering from stray grays or silvers. His eyes are a pale blue which are complemented by his palish caucasian skin complexion and occasional freckle or two that are dotted across his torso. He has no decorative features such as tattoos, piercings or highlights.
