@FlemishSupremacyCreated tons of RP? You mean leaving lotc because they can no longer enjoy roleplay because they are spawn killed in their own nation. Sounds fun. As you have seen, this has caused multiple nations to fall, OOC attacks on people and forcing people to leave the server. Lotc is not a factions pvp server. 

Sadly, the current war rules and the way they are written do not provide tons of RP. The at "free-will" part of of the rule completely throws that out the window. As I have made clear multiple times, conquest claims are heavily used while the rest of the war options are not even when they are the more viable option. Only 2 wars since the war rules have dropped have been non-conquest claims. Arguably the most damaging and for what ever reason requires the least amount of effort to accomplish. Essentially, if you didnt like a nation for having 1 grass block in their sand biome, you can make a conquest claim against that nation. The rules are poorly laid out for something that was apparently worked on for years. They need better clarification and needs to push for more meaningful war claims other than conquests. Many reasons for the previous wars couldve easily been solved with a different option/choice of war instead of completely removing and alienating groups that might be on a tile by stripping that tile away from them entirely. Wars should be fun and provide more RP. Not damage the respective player base till they quit the server entirely. 

There are people on LotC who are innately toxic, it's a behaviour that you can see held by the same people for months and years. While the war rules can provoke irritation, frustration or even anger when it feels restrictive or against people, it is not something that encourages doxxing or anything like that. It's true that the war rules certainly need to be reworked, but no sane person goes "I am irritated by these war rules, I'm going to find x, y and z's personal information and leak it". These people who doxxed would be part of one of the toxic groups that will look to cause trouble no matter what rules are written and no matter what server they are on. The war rules are not the problem. The problem is not permanently removing people from the platform who are known to engage in this type of behaviour or similar harassing behaviours.
