This is the age old question for every boomer that is focused on one race and culture around that race and magic with that race.
All and all, and it's something I've come to realize. They might not have been doing super well without us, but they survived. And there is always someone to come forward and carry the torch, though their path may be different from our own. It's important that we support the new players and try to rope them in as much as possible. And let things take flight.
All and all the Orcs have made strides and leaps from when I first started. To an extremely gate kept magic to, compared to back then, alot more open. The rest is just an already good IRP culture. Tell folks of the past IRP, but be open to the change of the youth :P
